Statesboro’s Sunflowers

Sunflowers have always been seen as a symbol of happiness and strength. Because of this, these flowers have always been my absolute favorite to take pictures of and they are one of the reasons I look forward to summer!

About half a mile off of Cawana Road in Statesboro, Georgia lies a beautiful sunflower patch. Of course after hearing about it, Sami and I had to check it out for ourselves!

Here are some of the beautiful pictures we took away with us!

I would definitely recommend going on a cooler summer day and just a warning: there are a lot of bees (but that’s not a bad thing unless you’re allergic to them #savethebees)

What are some of your favorite things about summer and what do you look forward to most?

Xoxo, Emily
