I’ve been visiting Sarasota since I was a little girl. It started with visiting my best friend, but over the years, the beach town has become one of my favorite travel destinations.
Apart from being home to some of the most beautiful white-sand beaches (including the number one beach in America in 2011, 2015, AND 2017), it’s also a place with enriching arts and culture and diverse experiences. Experiences like Drum Circle.
Every Sunday night, hundreds of people flock to Siesta Key Beach for an event unlike any other. Locals and tourists alike enjoy watching the drummers, dancers, and bright colors as the sun sets.
If you are ever in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area, I HIGHLY recommend this unusual and fun experience!
